'Visual Feast' retrospective book now on BackerKit!
I know that many of you have never used Kickstarter before and its interface can be really confusing. Believe me, I was in the same boat when I started setting up the page for Visual Feast! I’ve received a ton of emails from community members who really wanted to share their support but were frustrated with the pledge system. That’s why I’m excited to share that my pre-order store is now open on Backerkit!
This page should be much easier to shop from. I’ve loaded it up with a ton of limited edition items from the campaign, including one-of-a-kind art pieces, 3-D prints, limited edition posters, and more. Of course, the main event is my 400-page hardcover book that includes ALL of my work from the last thirty years. There are three options to choose from for Visual Feast — Standard Edition (slipcase #1), Signed & Numbered Limited Edition (slipcase #2), and Custom Sketch Edition (slipcase #3).
When I checked a few hours ago, we were already down to less than 10 Custom Sketch Editions. So, if you’re on the fence about getting a one-of-a-kind piece to go with your book, I’d recommend grabbing one quickly before they're gone!
This new art print is from my recent album artwork for Seattle Metal band; RivetSkull.
This hand-painted piece was created for their new album Trail of Souls: Samsara.
Type: Moab Entrada Archival Fine Art Giclee Print on Cotton Rag Size: Measures 16"x 16" Markings: Signed, Numbered & Embossed Limited Edition: Only 30 copies!
You can order the band's CD on their website here https://www.rivetskull.com
or listen online on any streaming service of your choice.

Hey all!
Just a quick heads up that all Backerkit pledge manager surveys went out earlier this week. If you haven’t received a link to your survey and you’ve already checked your spam/promotions folders, please reach out to me. It will be going to the email address associated with your Kickstarter account. In case you missed my last update, here’s a quick rundown on the pledge manager.
In other good news, if you have any friends or family members who missed out on the campaign, they can now shop at the Visual Feastpre-order store! Along with copies of Visual Feast, the store includes a variety of merch and limited edition items that made it past the close of the Kickstarter campaign.
If you’ve already pledged, don’t worry. You’ll be able to add any extras you’ve got your eye on while filling out your pledge survey!
Thanks, everyone!

Next Steps - Pledge Surveys Start Now!

Hey all!
After a few weeks of set-up, the Backerkit pledge manager is officially ready for action. If this is your first time on Kickstarter, Backerkit helps me gather your shipping information and helps you confirm your pledge, upgrade if you’d like, and add any add-ons you may have missed while the campaign was live.
Today, I’ll be sending out the first wave of surveys. These will only go out to backers who pre-ordered the Custom Sketch Edition of Visual Feast. If that’s you, please fill out your survey as soon as possible! All surveys will be sent to the email address tied to your Kickstarter account.
Once these backers have confirmed their upgrades, the rest of the surveys will be sent out. This two-wave approach will help me get an accurate count of how many copies from this 50-book run can be made available to all on the pre-order store.
I’ll post another update as soon as the next wave of surveys goes out. If you have any questions about your pledge in the meantime, just let me know! Thanks!

Our Final 48 Hours & One Last Surprise!
– Mon, Jun 13, 2022 at 02:49:15 PM
Hey all!
Can you believe that it’s already been three weeks? With just 48 hours to go, I wanted to celebrate everything we’ve accomplished here with one last surprise addition. If you head to the Add-Ons section, you’ll now find “The Justin Hampton Mini-Print Collection”. Each set includes 14 mini-prints (5” by 7” on average) depicting the art from some of my most iconic poster work over the past thirty years. How many can you identify without scrolling on?
All of your prints will be signed by yours truly. They’re giclee prints on 100 lb museum-quality paper, so this is a great way to display your favorites at an affordable price. That’s 14 signed mini-prints for just $149!
One of the prints in the set is from one of my earliest posters that first put me on the map in the poster world. Do you know which one?
As we head into the final days of this Kickstarter journey, I wanted to share my thanks for all of your support. You guys have been amazing, your encouragement and belief in me have been nothing short of staggering!
Finally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share this campaign one last time with your audiophile friends and loved ones. EVERY share helps to expand our reach! To make this super easy, here’s a link:
And, before I forget, here are the answers to the question posed above:
Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Bowie, Pearl Jam, Tool, QOTSA, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Primus & The Grady Twins from The Shining (Yep, that last one was a trick question!) The orange monster with the flower(bottom right) is from my 1995 poster for Pavement. It was probably my very first super iconic poster that garnered me a lot of attention in the early Art Rock catalogs.
Thanks again, and let’s make these last few hours rock!
