What an amazing start today! We're well on the way to funding Visual Feast!

Thank you all for the amazing support!  We're now at 68% funding of Visual Feast on day one!  Wow, a very impressive debut for sure!  And we've still got 29 days to go so the sky's the limit!

I have to thank the amazing team that put together my promotional video for the project.  Imaginary Forces did a stellar job on the intro title sequence bringing their many years of experience in Hollywood in the entertainment business to the table.  They've created main titles for a very impressive list of movies and TV shows including Spider-Man: No Way Home, Stranger Things, The Wheel of Time, Cowboy Bebop, Jessica Jones, Black Sails,  Pacific Rim, Boardwalk Empire, Mad Men, Se7en, Mission: Impossible, The Transformers movies and many more.  They also created the original intro for the early Marvel movies with the comic pages flipping inside the Marvel logo.  I first met Chip Houghton of Imaginary Forces 11 years ago at an art showing that I curated titled 11:11 in LA at the Scion Installation in Culver City.  All of these years later we teamed up with Alain Johannes from a band called Eleven to create original music for the piece.  I believe they call that 'serendipitous'.  The timing was right, the support was there and it's happening like it was meant to be!  The rest of the video was shot, edited and produced by Jacob Pander of the Pander Bros fame.  They’ve been a major force in comic books since the mid 1980's and have branched into video and film making.  I’m honored and blessed to have the support and friendships of all of these immensely talented people!

As the Kickstarter continues forward we're going to be introducing rare and unique items regularly, including original art and some never seen before pieces!   This coming Friday we'll be presenting an item that is truly special.  A 3D version of my TOOL inspired art print titled Sacred Lachrymology!  My long time friend, Mike Braack, has the skill of a surgeon and the mind of a madman!  He's taken 4 actual screen printed posters and cut them apart with an X-acto blade with great precision and reassembled them on foamcore, layering them meticulously one on top of one another creating an original 3D presentation.  The final piece is framed in a BIG shadow box measuring 26"x 38".  It is signed by both of us.  Sound crazy?  It is!  He's created a couple dozen of these for me over the last two decades.  They are one of a kind items that are only created once for any single image of mine, they are all a true #1/1.  These items are in select homes all around the world. One collector in Australia owns three of them!  Come back Friday to see the unveiling of this wild piece!

Thanks again for being part of my journey to get these books on shelves!  It's been a dream of mine since I was a young aspiring artist to have a coffee table book of my work someday and you're helping me bring that vision to life.  Thank you, talk soon!

Best,

Justin
